Our Coffee

Historically, coffee from the Agalta Region has not been known for its quality. However, Elevar’s efforts to increase the quality of the coffee produced on their farms can be seen as “waking up a sleeping giant.”

Characteristics of Elevar coffee reflect the tropical Agalta region and include:

  • tropical fruit fragrances such as orange, peach, passion fruit, and grapefruit

  • tropical fruit flavors such as caramel, honey, red apple, cardamom, and apple

  • a creamy, velvety body with bright acidity and a sweet, prolonged aftertaste.
